We currently operate with various warehouses in US and China. Items dispatched from our China Warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS while items dispatched from our US Warehouse will be shipped by USPS.

Once items have been shipped, you are the only responsible for any custom fees that may applied by your country. Moreover, for flexibility reasons, one or more packages may arrive and you will be responsible for custom fees.

We are trying to process all orders with tracking numbers. However, if the item is of a very low price, we may not provide a tracking number as we always offer free shipping and the expenses are on us. Once the item dispatches from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Keep in mind that your tracking number may take up to 2 business days to become active.
Your tracking number may take up to 2 business days to become active. Moreover, some companies may take 2 - 5 days for their tracking numbers to update and show were packages are located.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
