Refunds & Returns
You may change or cancel an order before it’s shipment. Please contact us within 12 hours after the items were payed. If 12 hours were passed, the order can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our first priority, therefore we have implemented a Buyer Protection policy. You may request a refund if:
- The items you ordered were not received within 45 days (not including the processing time which is usually 2-5 days).
- The item you ordered was not as described.
- You received the wrong item.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue refunds if:
- The order did not arrived due to wrong shipping address provided by you.
- Exceptional circumstances (no pass through customs, natural disasters).
- Other exceptional circumstances.
*You may submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. Use the Contact Form to do so.
We will examine your case, and if refund is to be issued, credit will automatically occur to your prefered type of method (Credit Card or Paypal) within 14 days.
